Wine Bar

Run in collaboration with Pollenzo’s Wine Bank, the Slow Fish Enoteca is a space dedicated to quality wine. Visitors can choose from 800 different bottles, get to know new grape varieties and try out bold food pairings suggested by the highly trained staff.

The focus on native grapes, everyday bottles, award-winning labels and promising new wines make the Enoteca one of the most important showcases for Italian and international wine culture.

Entrance is free, and tasting coupons are valid for a wine glass and handy glass holder, making it easy to wander the Market stalls with your glass, trying out recommendations from our sommeliers.
