An unmissable presence at every Slow Fish, the Market is back this year. The upper level of the Genoa Fiera’s Pavilion B will be transformed into a meeting place where consumers can become co-producers and meet fishers and producers from around Italy and the world.

Species at high risk of extinction have been banished, so you won’t find bluefin tuna, swordfish, eel or salmon among the fresh and preserved fish and other ingredients, all free from artificial preservatives and flavors.

The exhibition space also offers the possibility to learn more about all kinds of activities linked to the sea and artisanal fishing. Come to the Slow Fish Market to taste, buy and learn.
