Osterias of the Sea
and Taste Islands

The Osterias of the Sea and Taste Islands are back at Slow Fish 2011 offering visitors the chance to sample exquisite seafood and experience local regions through their cuisine, meeting cooks, attending presentations and taking part in guided tastings. 

The Taste Islands will be selling skillfully prepared fish-based dishes to eat standing up or take away, while the Osterias of the Sea have ample seating areas and will be dedicated to local cuisine and regional specialties. The Osterias will also be hosting events, workshops, entertainment and educational activities.
