Fishwiches
Thick slices of Triora bread, filled to order with seasonal vegetables and fresh fish from the Ligurian Sea: Fishwiches are back. Run by Slow Food Liguria and located on the ground level of the pavilion, close to the Slow Food association stand, the Fishwiches counter will be serving up hard-to-resist temptations.
Ingredients include Ligurian Slow Food Presidia, a guarantee of good practices and authentic, local flavor. Triora bread, a symbol of one of the region’s most beautiful mountain villages, is made from wheat and buckwheat flour and left to rise on a bed of bran.
