Above all an opportunity for play, this collection of sensory activities for children aims to help them better understand food from the perspective of taste, smell, sound, touch and sight.
At the end, participants will be offered a snack based on fish, such as bread and butter with marinated anchovies, so they can find out for themselves how delicious seafood can be.
The sensory journey is dedicated to children under 13 visiting Slow Fish with their families.
On the ground level of the Genoa Fiera's Pavilion B, in the Slow Food Association Booth.
Friday from 11 am to 1 pm and from 2.30 pm to 6 pm,
Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 1 pm and from 3.30 pm to 8 pm
and Monday from 11 am to 1 pm.
