There will be 18 Taste Workshops held at Slow Fish, of which 16 are "classic" (for 60 people, lasting an hour) and two are “special”, the Specialty Workshops for 30 people, lasting two hours.

The classic Taste Workshops will present selected Slow Food Presidia and provide a platform for Terra Madre food communities like the Orbetello fishermen, the fishermen and restaurateurs of Lake Como, the mullet fisherman from Cabras and the Gulf of Oristano lagoons and the Galicians from the Mar de Lira fishing community.
