 Slow Food came up with the Theater of Taste to give the public a chance to interact with great chefs and take a few tricks of the trade back to their home kitchens. Renowned chefs from around the world prepare a dish that symbolizes their restaurant, live on stage, revealing their secrets to the audience, who will then be able to sample the food paired with a specially selected wine and chat with the chef.
